Where it is
On our map the island runs north to south along the eastern edge of Vice City, with downtown directly across the bay to the west and open ocean to the east. Its exact outline is our estimate from Rockstar's footage.
What's there
The trailers are full of this kind of place: packed beaches, low-rise hotels with neon signs, parties and a party crowd filming everything. It is the image most people have of Vice City.
The 2002 game had the same layout, with its Ocean Beach and Vice Point districts on an island across the water from downtown.
